With an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth and a Magistère de Sciences de Gestion from Paris Dauphine, Maxime began his career in the BIG 4 over a decade ago.

He then took over as CFO of a number of automotive groups, and of an industrial ETI with a complete LBO cycle, spanning a decade and a half.

He has also been involved in two entrepreneurial projects. In particular, it supported Easytherm in its IPO.

Maxime has always exercised his responsibilities in a true business partnership role, and has succeeded in raising the profile of a wide variety of business models, enabling start-ups and ETIs to benefit from benchmarks set by major groups.
