This policy describes how TAVIAS (hereinafter “TAVIAS”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated in France, collects and processes your personal data when you consult the site:

1. Who are we?

TAVIAS is a consulting and interim management firm. TAVIAS acts as data controller for data collected via the Site.

The Site does not offer account creation or comment space. The only data collected comes from :

  • Audience measurement cookies (Matomo self-hosted, IP truncated, Do Not Track option respected). You can refuse them via the consent banner.

No profiling cookies are deposited.

Your information is only shared with our technical service providers (host, anti-spam service) who are bound by confidentiality obligations, and with the competent authorities if required by law.

7. Transfers outside the EU

We do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area. Should this become necessary, we will apply the appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses, etc.).

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures: SSL/TLS encryption, application firewall, access controls, regular backups.
